By accessing or using the services of Vastropath ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Nature of Services
Vastropath provides Vedic astrology consultation services including Kundali reading, marriage compatibility, career guidance, health astrology, property consultation, travel muhurat, children astrology, and litigation guidance. All consultations are based on Vedic astrology principles and are for guidance purposes only.
3. Disclaimer
Astrology readings are for informational and guidance purposes only. They do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or any other professional advice. Decisions based on astrological consultations are the sole responsibility of the client. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
4. Payment Terms
All consultation fees must be paid in advance before the session begins. Payments are accepted via UPI, PhonePe, Google Pay, and Paytm. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
5. Appointment & Cancellation
Appointments must be booked in advance via WhatsApp. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a reschedule. No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours prior will not be eligible for refund or reschedule. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
6. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. All personal information shared during consultations (name, date of birth, personal concerns) is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party without your consent.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, graphics, and branding is the intellectual property of Vastropath. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Haldwani, Uttarakhand.
